Reservations are non-refundable and non-interchangeable.  Your Captain will send a confirmation message once she receives your booking. 

Prices subject to change at any time, due to inflation costs.  

Important Booking Note for Individual Seated Tours

If you're booking an open-seated tour, please only reserve your spot if you're also available for the rain date—typically the following week same day, same time.

☔ Rain dates are listed in each tour’s description, so please double-check before booking.
Refunds will not be issued if you're unavailable for the reschedule.

This policy keeps things fair during Michigan’s unpredictable weather and short season—I appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we keep the adventure afloat! 

Captain’s Call: The decision to delay or reschedule a tour due to weather is made solely by the captain.
Tours may still run in light sprinkles or passing showers, but keeping presentation materials dry and ensuring a comfortable experience is the priority.

Communication Required: You must provide a valid daytime cell phone number and ensure your ringer is on. This is how you’ll be contacted if plans change due to weather.
If you don’t hear from the captain, that’s a good thing—it means the tour is running as scheduled!

One Point of Contact: If you're booking for a group, please assign one main contact person to handle communication.
To avoid confusion, the captain will only coordinate with the individual who made the reservation.
If others in your party have questions, please have them reach out to your group contact.

Before your Tour:

• Please review FAQ page for more information.
• Stay with coolers at the gate entrance upon arrival Riva will assist with transporting to boat with a cart. (Park Rules) 
• Don't forget sunglasses, sunscreen, light jacket, & cup with lid
• Keep snacks light (don't pack everything in the kitchen)
